Boasting high ceilings and panoramic views overlooking the waterfront in the heart of Cardiff Bay, the venue is the perfect location for your bespoke and special wedding.
Wedding Blessings & Receptions
Situated outside of the city centre and in the tranquil setting of Cardiff Bay, the Norwegian Church Arts Centre is a versatile space flooded with natural light and filled with beautiful backdrops to capture your special day. We host wedding blessings, drinks and receptions for up to {and sometimes above} 100 guests, so you can celebrate surrounded with your loved ones all afternoon and evening.
With packages to suit every budget you can enjoy Wedding blessing with a drinks reception, a traditional wedding breakfast with live entertainment, or an evening buffet, grazing platter or street food with drinks on the Terrace.
Our basic venue hire starts at £1,500 + VAT, which clould include hire of the Hall, the Cafe and the Terrace {and when available, the Gallery too}.

The Grieg Room
If you’re looking for a unique and distinctive location for your event, the Greig Room (the main hall), might just be the space for you.
Ideal for wedding breakfasts, dancing and entertainment alike, with its triple height pitched ceiling, held together with beautiful beams, the design of the Greig Room is extraordinary, and a wonderful location for all kinds of events and celebrations.
The Dahl Gallery
It’s not widely known, but the Dahl Galley spans the entire length of the Norwegian Church on the first floor of the building.
Used primarily to house exhibitions, the Dahl Gallery is a relaxed space where you can take in the talent and skill of some of Wales’ leading artists, there’s even a mezzanine overlooking the Grieg Room…it’s marvellous.
The Terrace
Just outside of the main event space, overlooking Cardiff Bay is our impressive and newly refurbished terrace.
Enjoy 1100 Square feet of glorious summer afternoon and evening sun. It’s the perfect location to raise a toast and take beautiful photographs whilst being surrounded by beautiful views.
